Volkswagen AG was founded on May 28th, 1937, by Ferdinand Porsche who was also the founder of Porsche. Volkswagen currently has their headquarters located in Wolfsburg, Germany. The brand as of today is one of the top-selling car manufacturers in the world and the biggest German manufacturer. The company also owns the Audi, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, SEAT and Skoda brands. Volkswagen also has a stake in the Swedish truck company Scania.
